This cozy apartment is on the left front side of the complex  at the 1st floor and offers all the amenities listed.

Fully equipped will give you a relaxing time when you want to rest from the day & night activities in Chania center/county.

It  encompasses one bedroom, a living room & one bathroom with enough room to rest, sleep & storage.

The bedroom has a double bed equiped with a Sealy mattress (160X200) for a comfortable and supported sleep.

In the living room there is a sofa with bed mattress that can sleep 1 or 2 more persons.

The house is completed with a sleek & stylish kitchen (fully equipped) / dining area & an balcony (1st floor) where you can enjoy your coffee or refreshment.

A 40" inches flat Smart TV  is ready for Netflix and waits you.
