Fees:

No additional mandatory fees

Discount policy:

A small discount is offered for more than 7 days reservation on the total amount.

Booking terms:

1) Check booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc)

Arrival / Departure:

Flexibility in arrival and departure time. Usually there is one day period between two reservations.

However the availability of the exact arrival/departure time (other than the official, Check out 11:00, Check In 14:00) should be in agreement with the host.

Notes on prices:

Prices are meant for up to 2 persons. Additional persons surcharge Euro 5 per person per night.
